PHOTOGRAPHY

Inspired by subcultural documentarists like Craig Stecyk III and Glen Friedman, Carl started documenting the movement around him deep in of the local skate/snow/punk scene of his hometown and/or on tour out in the world. Portraying old and new friends he encountered on his journeys,  photography became a tool of expression and preservation. Up until a point where documenting the tour endeavours almost felt more important than the tour itself.
